What you can expect when we work together.

No two engagements look the same — the whole point is that this one is built around you. But the rhythm is steady, and it helps to know it before we start. Here is how the weeks run, what we do inside them, and what you will have when we are done.

The weekly rhythm

A steady loop, so momentum never depends on motivation.

01

One hour, once a week

A live video session, same time each week. It is yours — no scripts to sit through, no template to fill out. We use the hour on whatever is actually in front of you.

02

Between sessions, you write

You keep a running update on your week inside your shared dashboard — what moved, what stalled, what you are sitting with. Nothing disappears between calls, and we never burn session time catching up.

03

Three goals, 24 hours out

At least a day before each session, you name three specific things you want to walk away with. It is a small discipline that keeps the hour pointed at what matters to you, not what is easiest to talk about.

All of it runs through CareerZen HQ — your shared dashboard. More on what it does on its own further down.

Inside the sessions

What we actually do together.

Come in with a proposal. Before we start, you write up what you actually want to work on — the roles you are chasing, the parts of the search that are stuck, what you want to be different in ninety days. We build our work around your proposal and what I already know how to do.

The first session is an onboarding, and it usually runs long. We leave it with a roadmap — and room to change it, because the search changes too. From there, this is the shape most weeks take.

Every session

Dive deep, then strategize

We go deep on what you actually need and want, and how the search is really going — not the tidy version. Then we strategize from there. Most of what else we do is downstream of this.

The biggest lever

Outreach

Getting in front of the right people is most of the job. We build the messages you would actually send, to the people worth sending them to, and the follow-up that keeps a warm lead from going cold.

Built together

A networking strategy

Not a rule to follow — a strategy we build together, for how you actually work: who to talk to, what to say, and how a coffee chat turns into a referral.

Interviews in your pipeline

Mock behavioral interviews

For any interview already on your calendar, we run mock behavioral rounds until your stories land. I do not offer technical mocks — but I will connect you to people and resources who do. I stay in regular contact with recruiters and experts across the technical job-search landscape.

My network, opened

A warm introduction — at least one

Over the course of our work together I will make at least one warm introduction on your behalf. You will also get communities and resources — current, and vetted by me and my peers — matched to where you actually are.

Yours 24/7 — CareerZen HQ

What the dashboard does on its own.

You have full access to CareerZen HQ the whole time we work together — running whether we are in session or not. It is the half of the work that does not need me in the room.

The Resume Reviewer

Built on a framework vetted by top people at FANG and the companies around them.

Hand it your resume and it does the heavy lifting — the scoring, the priority fixes, the rewrite for every bullet. I am glad to go through your resume live too. But a resume is exactly the kind of thing to pass to an agent with a vetted framework, so the hour you and I have goes to the work only we can do.

The rest of the workstation lives here too — the story vault, the guided sessions, the map of what you could say — alongside the path exercises below and Zen, the agent we build together.

The quieter work

Before the search, the harder question: which path are you actually on?

A lot of the real work is internal — getting honest about what you want before we point any effort at it. There are exercises in CareerZen HQ that take you through this deep dive, and we do it together too, reflecting on what came up when we meet.

Same role, new place?

Keep doing the work you do now — just somewhere that fits you better.

A different role entirely?

Change what the work is, not only where you do it.

Your own thing?

Open to building a business of your own, if that is where the pull is.

A portfolio career?

Several streams instead of one job — a shape more people are choosing on purpose.

Built for your path

We build you an agent that does the mechanical grind.

If you are aiming to work for a company, we build Zen — your career-search agent. Zen runs the repetitive parts of the search so the energy you have goes to the parts that actually require you.

And if the path you choose is to work for yourself, we do not stop there — we build the other agents that support that road instead. The tooling follows the direction you commit to, not the other way around.

A short call is how we both find out whether this is a fit — no pitch, no deck. Just a real conversation about where you are and where you are trying to go.
